A top priority of FRACCA is education and training. The Association
provides its members with a wide array of technical training courses,
seminars and continuing education opportunities throughout the year
that meet all state requirements. The Association also keeps members
apprised of the latest industry information, technology and trends.
In
addition, FRACCA and its local chapters keep close ties with community
colleges and vocational schools in an ongoing commitment to develop
and cultivate a labor pool of competent, skilled workers. Chapters
work to advance participation in apprenticeship programs as another
means to attract and retain a competent work force. |
